Let Your Dreams Take Flight

To bowl the perfect game may prove to be a challenge for some, it is nonetheless the first step for National bowler Remy Ong.

Remy started bowling since young and had continued to put in hours and hours of training on the lanes to pursue his dream, that is, to be a World Champion. Remy achieved his dream as a World Champion in 2006 and also won 3 golds in the 2002 Asian Games in Korea.

Speaking to a group of business professionals during the Canon Business Technology Show on 28 & 29 October 2010 at The Capella, Sentosa, Remy shared how he overcome difficulties which includes the need to balance his training and competitions with his personal life in his dream pursuit.

While bowling may be a sport he enjoyed as a hobby and a career, Remy also enjoyed other activities such as cycling and fishing while balancing a tight daily regime of bowling training and competitions to find time to engage in other personal past times.
