FIQ President, Mrs Jessie Phua, Will Not Seek Second Term
Mrs Jessie Phua has decided not to seek a second four-year term as president of the Federation Internationale des Quilleurs (FIQ), the world body for ninepin and tenpin bowling, because of her numerous other commitments. She is the president of the Singapore Bowling Federation (SBF), sits on the Vision 2030 committee to develop Singapore's sporting blueprint for the next 20 years, and is the Republic's chef-de-mission to the 2012 London Olympics, among others.
